"Teachers show utmost selflessness and that's the
essence of being a teacher".
DepEd RD Tolentino G. Aquino said in his keynote speech
during the Araw ng Parangal at Pasasalamat at the Sison Auditorium, Oct. 3,
2019.
"To reciprocate the goodness of a teacher is one of the
reasons why we become a teacher", he added.
Moreover, he also reiterated that commitment to education is
a measure of a teacher. That teacher's commitment to public service is his
badge of honor.
"To become a teacher is very difficult thing to do.
