Dental mission benefits P’sinan 1 teachers

Some 24 teachers of Pangasinan 1 availed of free dental services during the first day of the dental mission in celebration of World Teachers’ Day organized by SDO 1 Pangasinan dentists held at the Sison Auditorium, October 1. The said dental mission was headed by Dr. Lorna B. Diaz and offered the following services: dental health examination, oral prophylaxis, tooth extraction, pit and fissure sealant, atraumatic restorative treatment and sodium fluoride application. Meanwhile, the other members of the dental team are the following: Dr. Edwina S. Bensan, Dr. Ma. Chingbee F. Canilang, Dr. Agnes C. Dela Cruz, Dr. Chona M. Gutierrez, Dr. Lady May R. Macaranas, Dr. Antonio B. Noguera, Dr. Corazon P. Noguera, Dr. Oscar V. Pidlaoan, Dr. Brelin L. Soriano, Dr. Marilou Casam and Dr. Onrubia M. Velasco. “These services would cost a teacher more than P1,000 particularly if done in private clinics so I am very thankful to avail it for free,” says Rhea T. Ramos, MAPEH teacher of Daniel Maramba National High School.

The Dental Mission will run until October 4. (
