Schools
Division Office I Pangasinan stood firm on its commitment to provide its
teachers with the needed training and development programs for their personal
and professional growth as it holds series of activities on Personality Development.
These activities
include contest on "Simply Make Me Up" where TVL teachers showcase their talents, artistic
skills and expertise in the use of cosmetic products to enhance the beauty of their models -- their
co-teachers. Other activities are different kinds of massage, haircut, and
eyebrow styling offered and in partnership with TESDA. All of these are
provided for free to all interested teachers and school heads as part of its
weeklong celebration of the World Teachers’ Day this first week of October
2019.
Over hundreds of attendees are present at Sison Auditorium in Lingayen, Pangasinan to participate and be
able to experience these perks of services intended for them to enjoy.
"Teachers need to be self-motivated. It is the key to motivate their
students and their colleagues. Through this activities, it becomes easy for
teachers to develoo themselves because they will feel confident by achieving
personal and professional development", SDO 1 Pangasinan SDS Sheila Marie
A. Primicias stated. Personality Development quintessentially means enhancing
and grooming one’s outer and inner self to bring about a positive change to
your life. Each individual has a distinct persona that can be developed,
polished and refined. This process includes boosting one’s confidence,
improving communication and language speaking abilities, widening ones scope of knowledge,
developing certain hobbies or skills, learning fine etiquettes and manners,
adding style and grace to the way one looks, talks and walks and overall
imbibing oneself with positivity, liveliness and peace.
