Hosted by Schools Division of Laoag City, the Special MANCOM Meeting at Java Hotel, Laoag City last Friday, April 27 was attended in by DepEd Region I MANCOM Officials.
DepEd Secretary Leonor M. Briones, the Guest of Honor, administered the Oath Taking of newly appointed Schools Division Superintendents Lorna Bugayong of SDO Dagupan City, SDS Anselmo R. Aludino of SDO Vigan City, and SDS Joel Lopez of Laoag City.
As the host LGU for this event, Laoag City Mayor Chevylle Farinas warmly welcomed the all the guests and gave and inspiring message.
Secretary Briones also gave some updates on the programs of DepEd Central Office as well as the pressing concerns of the agency.
Regional Director Alma Ruby C. Torio of DepEd Region I thanked Secretary Briones for joining the Region I MANCOM family.
